Say hello to our award-winning Jackanapes Carolina Reaper Chilli Mayonnaise, a spice lover’s dream. A classic sauce with mind-blowing heat, it’s made using a pureé that contains 70% fresh Carolina Reapers from Rwanda, an extremely hot red chilli pepper measuring at 2.2 million on the Scoville Heat Scale - the hottest in the world! We’ve combined them with free-range egg yolk, 75% cold-pressed rapeseed oil, dijon mustard, cider vinegar, lemon juice and sugar for a perfect blend of creamy flavours followed by the kick and subtle floral hints of the reaper chilli pepper. Not only is it delicious, the rapeseed oil has many associated health benefits, including being low in saturated fat and containing a balance of Omega 3, Omega 6 and Vitamin E.
All our ingredients are ethically sourced and gluten-free. Designed to be used sparingly (seriously, it’s really spicy), it’s great as a replacement to your regular mayo. Spread on your burgers or french fries, add to your sandwiches or wraps, or use it as a dip for chicken strips, vegetables, halloumi or popcorn chicken. You could even mix it in with mashed potato for a fiery punch!
Working alongside an award-winning manufacturer, our products are all made in the UK using recyclable packaging. We’re a group of foodies with a taste for adventure. We know there’s a Jackanapes condiment out there for everyone, and if you like your peppers hot and you’re up for a fiery challenge, this Carolina Reaper Chilli Mayonnaise will soon become a firm favourite.
Up for the chilli challenge? Grab a jar of the Carolina Reaper Chilli Mayonnaise along with our hot sauce varieties and see if you can handle the heat.
